Class II, Midline and Arch Length Corrections

The opportunity offered by molar rotations in correcting Class II malocclusions, midline discrepancies, and arch length deficiencies should be well appreciated.

Instead of molar rotations in a malocclusion being considered to be a negative, there are wonderful opportunities  presented during orthodontic treatment to treat other more difficult problems.

There are Class II malocclusions, midline discrepancies, and arch length problems that may be treated very nicely without the use of interarch mechanics and the resulting displacment of lower incisors.

These benefits are not realized by traditional approaches to treatment.
